The service or package you are creating contains unsupported project data that cannot be shared.
- Geoprocessing packages cannot be created with the particular data type because the data cannot be converted into a file geodatabase.

Solution
If you are creating a geoprocessing package, you must change the project data source to a supported type. If you are creating a geoprocessing service, you can register the project data within a data store. By doing so, the publishing process does not convert the data.
